The solution is rather simple start your own crew & invite other beginners to join your crew. You will soon find out being in a good crew may require you to gain “X” amount of RP each season and starting out, that’s gonna be difficult. You can play the game as an individual, but being in a crew gives you a few more benefits. If you’re in a crew, you will reach milestones as a team and gain some rewards along the way.
